There is just something about little girls and the way they stand, the way they gaze into the distance, imagining, discovering, and playing within little wonderlands. Each moment that I can capture of my girls doing this now is so important because they are growing up so fast. I swear, every time that I blink, they are so much older... and they are changing. Soon it won't be wonder-land...
Made for Prima's flower feature today on their blog...
This canvas was prepped with gesso, then I layered on pieces of Nature's Garden paper, and used Shimmerz like crazy to color the background. I then layered her hair with all the delicate Charme Roses from Prima. Ahna's dress was all made up with leaves from the Charme Rose packages...
